Billing, delivery, and support

Summary terms. Every engagement is governed by its signed agreement, statement of work, or maintenance schedule.

Pricing & currency

Prices are quoted in USD before work begins. Clients may be billed as a fixed project fee, monthly service fee, or annual software maintenance fee depending on the agreement.

When customers are charged

Charges are made after approval of a written proposal, SOW, invoice, payment link, or maintenance schedule. Recurring services follow the agreed billing cycle.

Delivery

Timelines and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal or SOW. Work is delivered through secure applications, documentation, repositories, dashboards, or managed environments.

Refunds & cancellation

Custom professional services are generally non-refundable once delivered. Cancellation rights, notice periods, and any refundable amounts are governed by the signed agreement.

Maintenance & support

For maintained software, Tissage provides support, monitoring, bug fixes, and continuity per the maintenance schedule. Critical operational systems receive priority handling.
